We normally package our products in a range of standard size cartons. However, standard does not always mean efficient.
So we asked our packaging supplier to recheck the packaging design of a new product that is due to be manufactured next month as a case study.
They found that by making some small adjustments to the standard pack design the quantity per pallet can be increased by 11% for the same pallet height.
