Supply Chain Risk Reduction
Supply chain risk reduction is a top NetBit priority. With global uncertainty, natural disasters, covid outbreaks, geopolitical tensions, and trade barriers, we have adapted our processes to ensure the diversity of our supply chain locations and help mitigate against external shocks.
Expanding NetBit’s Industrial Footprint
To address the risks noted above, and to add significant capacity, NetBit has greatly expanded our industrial footprint to include capabilities in both Vietnam and the Philippines. In addition to the added capacity, direct shipments from these locations to the USA for MSO “churn” business avoid trade tariffs.
At NetBit we localise supply, through sourcing locally in each factory location and qualifying/controlling the sub-suppliers there.
The NetBit Gold Standard
At NetBit we have adopted our ‘Gold Standard’ that controls and monitors quality to ensure world-class products from each and every one of the factories in our Industrial footprint. We use strategies that incorporate our culture & values, QCD rating, and process capabilities. Data helps to drive our decisions and improve our plans. NetBit’s product harmonization allows factory choice for location etc. We also use cross factory automation and processes that remove variability and increase repeatability/reliability. Moreover, our process flows, and control is consistent and interchangeable for business continuity.
