Our Team

Originally from New York, Myran has been with NetBit from the very beginning when the company was formed in 1998 and had its first office in the original World Trade Center in Manhattan. Back then, NetBit developed customized mobile phone chargers in what was a rapidly growing market. Since the decline of the charger industry, Myran used his experience in chargers to move into customized power supplies. From the first project to the most recent, Myran has a spirited passion for the power industry and particularly enjoys working with clients on technically challenging designs and new applications. Outside of work Myran is involved in a number of projects in his local community.

One of only a few Scots that does not play golf nor drink whisky, Sandy has been working in the power industry for almost 40 years, the last ten with NetBit. As part of NetBit’s management, Sandy enjoys working with teams at all levels of the business to ensure they put the customer first and as a result has helped create long-lasting partnerships with clients. Sandy also admires NetBit’s values which are very important to him: high standards of honesty and ethics in everything they say and do. When he’s back home in Scotland he enjoys nothing more than watching his grandkids follow their sporting dreams.

With over 25 years experience in the power electronics industry, Dennis has an in-depth technical knowledge and is focused on identifying and delivering innovative and winning product solutions for his customers on-time, on budget and on-quality. He has an MBA from the Edinburgh Business School and an honours degree in electronics from Heriot Watt University. Outside of NetBit, Dennis pursues his passion for music via record collecting, radio presenting and the occasional DJ slot either at home or abroad.

Born and raised in Silicon Valley, Dave has worked for the last 30 years in the Bay Area electronic component industry. Dave enjoys meeting face to face with customers to work on innovative and cost-effective solutions to support customer needs, from start-ups to entrenched multi-national conglomerates. Dave works to ensure that the solutions are tailored to the customer’ requirements and then delivered in-line with customers' timelines, price points, and technical requirements. Dave will then support these opportunities all the way to mass production. In his free time Dave enjoys spending time at home with his family and playing sports, barbecuing and socialising with friends.

Tina is the lead product development and project manager at NetBit. With over 12 years experience in the power supply industry, Tina has earned a reputation for understanding Tier 1 customers’ requirements and managing projects from concept through to completion. Tina has a positive work ethic and enjoys cross communication with various departments. She always strives to create the optimum solution to resolve any issues that should arise during the product design and delivery stages. Tina is a jetsetter and loves exploring new countries and meeting new people and she recently went on safari in Africa. In her spare time Tina enjoys playing badminton, reading and cooking.

Born in the famous capital of Ancient China, Xi’an, Leon grew up with the Terracotta Warriors. Being awarded his Masters Degree in Telecom engineering and completing sales work with top tier companies from various regions, Leon has put a great deal of effort in dealing with the top 50 global operators. After joining NetBit a couple of years ago, Leon is now in charge of the sales business for the Asia region. He has immersed himself in the positive NetBit company culture and ethics with a real passion for his craft and a love for the unlimited opportunities that the company has to offer. Leon is a family man who has a real love of history, sports and travelling.

Eamonn grew up in Ireland & studied in Belfast gaining his degree from the University of Ulster in Manufacturing Systems Management. He has worked in the electronics industry for most of his career, initially in manufacturing engineering roles within several electronics companies in Dublin, including GE (General Electric) before relocating to the UK in 2007. Here he started work with Pace all the way through to Vantiva in Project Management delivering products to various US & European TV & Telco customers. He has traveled extensively throughout Africa & South America. To keep fit he enjoys running & cycling, while also getting out to see live music & enjoying time with his family.

Art Novesteras was born and currently lives in the Philippines. He has spent the last 22 years working in the electronics and automotive industry. Art has also worked in Supervising Quality Engineering for 16 years and enjoys working directly with customers and supplies. Trained in SixSigma GreenBelt and a degree in BSCoE (Computer Engineering) from Cavite State University, Art is a great addition to the NetBit team. In his spare time, Art is a family man that loves sports and music.

Summer is from HuangGang, HuBei province of China which is famous for its education. After being awarded her Bachelor Degree in Business English, Summer has worked in the consuming electron industry and has served many top tier customers from various regions. Summer has a good knowledge of foreign trade and has over 3 years of experience in project management. Summer is a girl who is positive and enjoys climbing and hiking.

Natasha Probert is an experienced Marketing Professional skilled in Content Marketing, Communication, Market Research, Social Media, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Digital / Traditional Marketing. With over 8 years of industry experience and a BA (Hons) focused in Marketing with Digital Media from Edinburgh Napier University, she has the extensive knowledge that is required to create, maintain and promote strong branding worldwide. Her hobbies include DJing, music, sci-fi/horror, and traveling.

Hao graduated in 2001 and After his initial graduation, Hao’s first role was with an internet company in Beijing before relocating to the warmer climate of southern China working in planning for a large Taiwanese company. In 2006 Hao joined Emerson as a Planning Engineer quickly rising to the role of Director of China Operations for the Industrial Automation BU. In 2017, Nidec acquired Emerson and Hao helped lead the transition effort including transfer of assets, manufacturing and supply chain management. In 2012 Hao was awarded an MBA from Xi’an Jiaotong University. In his free time, he enjoys playing football and spending time with his young family. He also shares the same birthday as his daughter.

Paul was born in China and grew up in one of the largest military aircraft manufacturers’ in the country. His skillset includes over 20 years EMS factory experience with a focus on consumer electronics products, manufacturing, engineering, quality issues, continuous improvement, and troubleshooting. Paul is a logical, hardworking team player that has been praised for his communication skills and helping customers to tackle issues as they arise. He prefers analog music to digital music, especially his cassette Walkman! His hobbies include collecting stamps, traveling, reading and cooking. Paul is a family man and loves to play games with his children.

Stephen graduated from the Finance Engineering College of Shenzhen Nankai University with an MBA. Stephen comes from a strong financial background with over 19 years of experience (18 years MNC) alongside 10 years of directorial experience all of which was gained in a manufacturing environment. He has worked for the following companies: • Schmid Automation (Zhuhai) company limited - Financial Controller • HWAGAIN (GANZHOU) paper company limited - Finance Director • ECI (Electrical Component International) - Asia financial director • Tyco Electronics (Shunde) - Accountant Stephen’s hobbies include reading and traveling the globe.

Fenny was born in Luoyang, the Peony Capital of China which has more than three thousand years of history. She joined NetBit in 2015. With over 15 years of international business and logistics experience in Shenzhen, she has a great passion to serve customers to fulfill each delivery request and to provide products and services that exceed expectations. She started running last year to keep fit and lead a healthy lifestyle.

Liao Zhen Ku was born in Taipei and obtained a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Chung Yuan Christian University in 2009. He began his career at Edison Opto in the LED industry before moving to an IC design company, where he worked as a System Application Engineer focused on system and application development. Since joining NetBit, he has been responsible for sales activities while providing technical support to customers across Taiwan. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling and outdoor activities, and is currently working towards completing the 100 Famous Japanese Mountains.

Suok Ha will be based in Malaysia and will travel extensively to the NetBit supplier locations around Asia. She is fluent in English and Mandarin and will initially focus on our manufacturing process, before gradually taking control of our sub tier and component suppliers. She will work alongside David Tang to ensure the handover of responsibilities for Quality of our sub tier and component suppliers is done in a phased manner. Her strong knowledge and experience in using QA and QC tools to consistently deliver high quality products will build upon the current QA and QC processes established under the leadership of Hao Xu and David Tang. Joyce Lei was born in Hubei. She majored in Business at University and now has over twelve years of experience in International Business. Joyce is a new member of the NetBit Order Fulfilment team joining in December 2020 and we believe she can make a real difference to our customer service. In her spare time, she enjoys time with family, cooking, teaching and sports.

Tracy Wang was born in the beautiful HengYang city, Hunan province. She graduated from Northeast Normal University. After joining NetBit, she was mainly responsible for customer complaints and environmental protection materials. In her spare time, she enjoys family time, yoga, and war movies.

Born in Guangxi, Cindy joined NetBit in 2014. She studied at Shenzhen University, majoring in Marketing. Her role at NetBit is mainly engaged in personnel administration affairs for the company, and to assist the ‘Order Fulfillment’ team in serving customers. In her free time, she enjoys painting, growing flowers, and watching TV with her family.

Bob Liu lives in Dongguan, China. He graduated from Zhong Yuan Institute of Technology and has been working in the Power Industry for the last 7 years. After graduation, he worked as an electronic engineer in Huntkey, followed by working as an EE NPI and PM. His extensive work experience has enabled him to have a deeper understanding of power supply design and production. In his spare time, he enjoys running, cycling, basketball, and other activities to get physical and mental exercise.

Arthur was born in Thai Nguyen in Bac Ninh city. He graduated from Thai Nguyen University of technology with a major in Electronics & Automation. Before working for NetBit from Sep 2023, he worked in Technical Project Management in Goertek for Apple Airpods/Homepods project and SQE & PE in Canon VietNam for HP Printers. His hobbies include swimming, mountain-climbing, walking, reading, and listening to music.

Born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, Anson joined Netbit in 2021. With over 15 years of experience in supply chain and logistics in manufacturing and humanitarian organization, Anson is passionate about continuous and ongoing improvements for long-term business sustainability. She also enjoys watching tv, cycling, karaoke, and travelling during her leisure time.

Irene was born in Yunmeng, a beautiful small county of the Jianghan Plain, a district where fish and rice are abundant (she loves eating fish and rice!). She graduated from Hubei University, majoring in Economics. Before working at Netbit, Irene held roles at Alibaba Group and other export companies. Her main responsibilities included export businesses and training. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, sports, film, and music.

Hailing from Brazil, Valeria started her engineering career in 1997 with Cummings after her graduation in Production Engineering by FEI/SP. Since then she has worked in production engineering, NPI and project management with some major manufacturers, most recently at NCR Corporation, handling new project introductions for the localization and manufacture of ATMs. Adding to her major in Engineering, Valeria is Lean Manufacturing Specialist having studied Lean Manufacturing at Michigan University, Strategic Management at Harvard University, and Program Management at Getulio Vargas Foundation. Her hobbies include going out with her friends and family and traveling to the beach near her home.

Robert is a qualified Accounts Technician currently working towards a CIMA qualification. He has been with NetBit since 2010. His hobbies include spending time with his family and traveling the world.

Fred graduated from Xiangtan University with an Electrical and Mechanical major in July 1997. With over 24 years of working experience, focused on Quality, he has held the following roles: QA Technician, QE, SQE, QE Leader, Quality Manager to Quality Director. He previously worked for Power One (Shenzhen) for 6 years before joining the NetBit family in 2017. His hobbies include playing basketball, riding his bike, and running. He also plays Classical Guitar and enjoys spending time with his family.

Marcus graduated from the National Taipei University of Technology. His main responsibility is focused on Business Development in Taiwan. Before he joined NetBit, he worked for the Linde Group (German corporation specialising in Technology Solutions based in Shanghai/Taipei) Throughout his experiences, he has gained a great understanding of project development and sales strategies. In his free time, Marcus enjoys hiking, swimming, and spending time with his family.

Healen was born in Hunan province in South China. He graduated from Hunan Institute of Science and Technology in 2003 with a bachelor's degree. With over 15 years of mechanical experience in power supply product research and design, He has a great understanding of the industry. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, climbing and watching films.

Grace was born in Tianmen, a beautiful small city of Jianghan Plain, famous for the Sage of Tea Lu Yu. After graduating from Hankou University, she went to Shenzhen and joined in the railway transit LED industry for 5 years as a project specialist. She worked alongside CRRC, Bombardier, and Alston. In her spare time, she enjoys running, tea tasting, and watching movies.

DP Liu was born in Hunan, China. He graduated from Hunan Normal University, majoring in Applied Electronic Technology. Before working for NetBit, DP Liu worked for Apple on the Airpods/Homepods project. His hobbies include swimming, mountain-climbing, walking, reading, and listening to music.

Mike was born in Guang’Xi province in South China. He graduated from Guilin University Of Telecom Engineering in 2010 and joined NetBit in 2013. With over 10 years of experience in power supply development, he has a great understanding of PLT and QLN Technologies, especially: PLT test system devices, PLT & QLN compatibility. Mike also has experience with PCB layouts using Cadence and Altium designer tools. In his spare time, he enjoys playing Badmington and keeping fit.

Frank graduated from Guilin University Of Electronic Technology. He has over 20 years of experience in power electronic product research, design, and measurement. He has worked in Tridonic, Friwo, and now NetBit. His hobbies include chess, mountain-climbing, swimming and listening to music.
